The parking lot was very dark at night, so it felt unsafe. Waiting one and a half hours for a simple Thai dish was too long.

the staff greeted me warmly on arrival. my room, a cool poolside room, faced the pool. the breakfast buffet at marni eatery included many tasty options.

excellent riverside experience
ample space elegant design separate area riverside setting
the river suite offered ample space with its large balcony i noticed the cozy yet elegant design of the room with white tones and warm wooden furniture the separate living sleeping and bathroom areas were convenient Sarin River Terrace provided a perfect riverside setting to enjoy the river views and some food.
the parking lot lacked sufficient lighting at night specifically in the area covered by the small shelter i found it felt unsafe when retrieving belongings from my car at night improvements in lighting would be appreciated.

all the staff were helpful i was particularly impressed with the attentiveness during breakfast the shuttle service to iconsiam was convenient and efficient it made getting around the area very easy.

iconsiam is conveniently located nearby it provided easy access to shops bars and restaurants the hotel's riverside setting offered peaceful views and a calming atmosphere i found the central location easy to navigate.
